Booking and cancellation terms
- PAYMENTS
- Accepted payments with credit cards, bank transfer and Pay Pal
- Prices and stays: The rental price is in Euro.
- In order to confirm a booking, we require the details of a credit card that is valid until and during the dates of your stay, and on which we can charge from Italy without being physically in our hands. We will only use this card if you decide to cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to your booking. If your credit card is declined from our terminal, you will be notified via email and you will have 24 to make the payment, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
- Domestic utilities (electricity, gas, water, WI-FI internet connection, bed linen and towels) are included.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: The guest must pay a security deposit of € 100.00, this amount will be refunded within 15 days from the end of the stay by bank transfer, after the verification of the apartment’s good condition.
- SELF CHECK IN / OUT
- Self check-in after 3:00 pm.
- Self check-out by 10 am on the last day; the guest is in charge of cleaning the kitchenette, emptying the fridge and the waste to be removed, all dishes must be washed, dried and stored in the cupboards.
- CANCELLATION
- Cancellations and changes to the reservation can be made free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations after this deadline, we will charge half the amount on your credit card.
- In case of late arrivals or early interruption of the stay will be charged the full cost of the booked stay.
- TOURIST TAX
The rates exclude the tourist tax of Euro 3,00 per person per day. The tax applies to individuals not resident in the Municipality of Cernobbio, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, exempt under 14 years, persons with non-self-sufficient disabilities, with appropriate medical certification and their companion.
- DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE
- All damage and breakage must be reported immediately to the owner.
- To avoid damage and breakage, it is forbidden to move furniture and objects from one room to another without prior permission.
- It is forbidden to take towels from the house (for example to use them outside).
- At the time of taking over, the guest is required to check for malfunctions and equipment failures.

- PROPER USE OF PROPERTY
Parties and meetings of any kind are not allowed within the property “Como Lake Panorama Apartments”
- PETS
Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the property.
- PARKING'S USE
Guests and visitors are required to respect the space allocated for parking showing respect for neighbors and other cars.
- VISITORS
- Guests are allowed to receive a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for not exceeding the maximum number of visitors and the fact that they also comply with the “House Rules”.
- Any overnight stays of visitors must be approved in advance during the booking phase and are subject to additional costs as indicated in the final price.
- SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS
- Whenever guests leave the facility, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to ensure the safety of the property.
- Turn off lights, fans and appliances when these are not in use, to encourage proper energy savings.
- NOISE AND QUIET TIME
- Guests and visitors must minimize noise during night hours (11:00 Pm – 07:00 Am).
- Our Holiday Home is suitable for children, guests are totally responsible for their safety and security at any time, as well as any behavior that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood.
- Guests and visitors should avoid any kind of disrespectful behaviour and minimise their impact on the neighbourhood.
- WASTE AND RECYCLING
- Guests and their visitors will be responsible for the proper disposal of waste in a recycling perspective.
- They will have to use the appropriate containers, and do not leave the waste or leftovers in the common/external areas.
